Frequently asked questions

What do your packages include?

We include visas, all ground transportation, 5-star accommodation in Madinah, Makkah and Jeddah, and half board (breakfast and lunch/dinner) in our Khuta ʿUmrahs. We can also provide advice on flights from your home country on request.

What if we need onsite assistance from Khuta Tours?

All tours operated by us will include a Khuta Tours staff member to assist you in all of your needs. If you need any further assistance on your journey, you can find all of our contact information on the contact us page.

Can women travel alone with Khuta Tours?

We advise all women traveling with Khuta Tours to either come with a male guardian (mahram) or in a group. If you need any further clarification as to who your mahram is, or any help finding a group to travel with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

What different packages does Khuta Tours provide?

We create bespoke packages, whether that is for you as an individual, a couple, a small group, or an organisation. We also offer the Khuta ʿUmrah, which is our own Khuta-branded tour with guest scholars and teachers.

How physically demanding are the tours?

All of our tours require a fair amount of walking. Performing the umrah itself will also require walking for extended periods during the tawaf and sa’i. However, we accommodate those with mobility issues and can provide alternatives for some sites such as our visit to Jabal Nur. That said, though we may not always be able to provide alternative options on our tours, we will inform you prior to departure of any potential physical demands.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We require written communication for all cancellations at least 15 days prior to your trip. Partial or full refunds may be granted on a discretionary basis, depending on the ability to recover costs from suppliers. We will review all cancellations on a case-by-case basis. For moreiinformation, see our T&Cs.
